We endeavor to incorporate green building products and/or sustainable design principles to varying degrees in all our projects. We are a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).

Mark Creedon is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED-AP) having successfully demonstrated his knowledge of green building design, practices, and strategies, and a thorough understanding of the LEED Green Building Rating System, resources, and processes on the LEED Professional Accreditation Exam.

LEED is a point-based rating system developed by the US Green Building Council www.usgbc.org to objectively quantify how environmentally sensitive or "green" a development is. Many projects throughout the country now meet some level of LEED certification. Commercial and residential clients see LEED as a way to increase productivity, decrease operating costs, create more livable buildings, while reducing our impact on the Earth.
